The Weifang TW Mechanical Co., Ltd., was established in 1994 and located in the beautiful international kite city---Weifang, adjacent to the famous international port city---Qingdao, which enjoys superior economic and technical conditions and convenient transportation. Our company specializes in casting, machining and sales of various accessories of agricultural machinery, construction machinery, and products of municipal engineering, fire fighting pipe fittings, automobile fittings and all kinds of wear-resistant parts, which were exported to United States, Japan, Malaysia, Canada and European.
Our company has strong technology strength and advanced level of management. We have more than 200 staffs and over 40 technicists so far and our annual production capacity can reach to more than 10,000 tons. We adopt the resin sand molding equipment whose annual production capacity can reach to 3000 tons, and multiple technology means of molding by the clay sand machine and hand, of coremaking by precoated sand machinery and of precision casting, in order to meet our customers’ diversity requirements on products .
The company is equipped with a spectrometer, metallographic analyzer and hardness and tensile extension force test, to control every crucial production processes. We use the shot blasting in turret-type, hanging-type and drum-type to hit the mark of cleaning of productions in different shapes and structures, in order to ensure our products’ quality reliable. We have more than 100 Metal-cutting equipments in caring, milling, drilling, digging, boring, planning, inserting, inserting and the CNC numerical control machine tools with complete processing methods, in purpose of meeting customers’ finish machining requirements from work blank to finished products of high difficulty and high-quality.
